Sayak has over 19 years of experience in transactions, litigation, arbitration and policy practice. He has appeared in many high-stake corporate disputes concurrently running in various forums, commercial disputes, arbitrations. Sanjay has profound experience in banking law practice and land matters. Prior to Ganguly & Co, Sayak has been an Associate Partner and was also engaged with S. Jalan & Co, Kolkata. Sayak is also the Senior Standing Counsel for the Union of India at Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta. He has completed his LL.B. from University of Calcutta and is a member of the Incorporated Law Society, High Court at Calcutta since 2014.
