Anindita has over 18 years of experience in Corporate – Commercial, Infrastructure, Capital Markets, Foreign Exchange Laws, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Policy, Trust and Inheritance Laws. She advises a wide range of Indian and multinational clients in various sectors. Prior to Ganguly & Co, Anindita was engaged as a Senior Associate with Sandersons and Morgans and she was also engaged at BALCO. She is an Independent Director in the Boards of Divya Management Limited, group company of ITC Limited. She has completed her LL.M. from University of Calcutta and is enrolled with the Bar Council of West Bengal since 2006.
